Who We Are
Heal the Heart is a compassionate nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering children and teenagers aged 9-15. Our mission is to provide essential hygiene products, clothing, and educational resources, helping young minds focus on what truly matters – their education and personal growth.
What We Do & Why It Matters
- Hygiene Product Distribution: We understand that adolescence is a crucial time for developing personal hygiene habits. Heal the Heart visits schools to distribute hygiene kits that include items like toothbrushes, soap, deodorant, and sanitary products. We ensure that these kits are gender-inclusive, catering to the unique needs of both girls and boys.
- Educational Workshops: Knowledge is power! Our team conducts engaging and age-appropriate workshops in schools. These sessions cover topics like personal hygiene, the importance of cleanliness, and how to effectively use the products in our hygiene kits.
- Care and Maintenance Education: We go beyond just providing clothing. Our workshops teach children how to take care of their clothes, including basic washing and sewing skills, ensuring that they always feel neat and presentable.
